Dedicated to providing tailored irrigation solutions since 2012.
Crafted with high-quality mesh material, our HDPE PE pipes form a robust agricultural drip irrigation system, designed to withstand both heat and cold with excellence.
Our advantage
Installing drip tape is a breeze, whether above or below ground, catering to the needs of vegetable gardens, narrow vegetation rows, and row crops. Given the common practice of planting vegetable crops in parallel rows, drip tape layout becomes exceptionally straightforward.

Our advantage
The built-in cylindrical drip irrigation pipe is made of polyethylene material with additives. The pipe is black, which has the characteristics of light weight, crack resistance and durability. Compared with drip irrigation tape, the pipe wall is thicker.Drip line irrigation hose with round dripper is a pipe that sticks a ready round dripper with labyrinth and then make holes ondripper by driller.Drip line irrigation hose with round dripper is a kind of plastic product that USES plastic pipe to send water (liquid fertilizer
or pesticide, etc.) to the root of crops for local irrigation through the cylindrical pressure compensation drops on the main pipe.
To ensure successful seed germination using drip tape, it's crucial to determine factors such as soil type, drip tape outlet spacing, and the depth and spacing between drip tape laterals. Proper placement of the drip tape close to the surface, with outlets in optimal spacing, is essential for effective seed germination. For instance, successfully germinating onion seeds in silt loam soil involved using drip tape 4 to 5 inches deep, while tape with a 12-inch spacing failed to achieve uniform germination for the same crop.
Precision in water application is paramount when utilizing a drip tape system. Applying more water than necessary can negate the benefits, resulting in overly wet soil, fostering diseases, weed growth, and nitrate leaching.
For large coils, consider option one: mount the drip tape spool on a stand at the row's end, securing it to the ground and positioning the drip tape close to the ground.
1.Set up a drip zone or control valve with a remote control valve or battery-operated controller, filter, pressure regulator, and pipe adapter to PVC or poly tubing. A 10 to 15 PSI pressure regulator is highly recommended.
2.Lay out the main lateral or supply line (PVC pipe or poly tubing) perpendicular to the rows.
3.Position the drip tape at the selected layout or spacing, following the suggested options mentioned earlier.
Spacing Suggestions:
Center the drip tape in the vegetable row with one line per row.
Place one line between every two rows if the bed is less than 2 feet wide."
